  Role SummaryWorking with the Museum Manager you will help develop our online and social media presence as well as promoting the Pen Museum and our brand.  

Duties:  
Helping develop and deliver a social media calendar
Help the museum work towards its social media goals and objectives
Monitor our social media presence assisting customers online when possible
Writing Copy for social media posts
Following social media protocols set by the museum Trustees

  Extra Information No prior Marketing or social media experience is required
Flexible around your schedule – we do not require a minimum number of hours volunteering but would ask you to try to volunteer once a month.

All volunteers are given the necessary training to be successful at this role, which includes a volunteer handbook and guidance from experienced volunteers.
