The Pen Museum strives to be as accessible as possible. The Museum is located entirely on the ground floor and all rooms are designed to be as accessible as possible. Accessible Entrance
The Pen Museum accessible entrance is through the double gates labelled Gate ‘B’ next to our reception door.
There is a bell on the door visitors can use to contact a member of staff to open the gate.

Accessible Toilet
We have two accessible toilet cubicles located in our courtyard. There is a emergency chord system in place to gain a member of staffs attention.

Loud Noises
Our machines are known to make a loud noise during our demonstrations but the volunteer demonstrator will warn you in advance.

Changing Places Toilet
The nearest changing places toilet is located at the library of Birmingham. There is also one at the Utilita Arena Birmingham both approximately 0.4 miles away or a ten minute walk

Car Parking
The Pen Museum has no on site parking, the nearest multi story parking is the Jewellery Quarter Multi story.
Blue Badge holders can park for free and without time limits at all on-street Pay and Display bays in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter
