The Pen Museum is located entirely on the ground floor and all rooms are designed to be as accessible as possible. See below for more information on our accessibility.
Entrance
The Pen Museum accessible entrance is through the double gates labelled entrance A next to our reception door. There is a bell on the door that a visitor can use to contact a member of staff to open the gate.
Accessible Toilet
We have two accessible toilet cubicles located in our courtyard. There is a emergency chord system in place to gain a member of staffs attention.
Loud Noises
Our machines are known to make a loud noise during our demonstrations but the volunteer demonstrator will warn you in advance.
