Role Title Tour Guide
Role Summary Lead groups of visitors (10-12 people) around the Pen Museum, sharing our collection, stories of the Birmingham Pen Trade and the history of the Argent Centre where the Pen Museum resides today.

 

Duties

 

·       Leading a hour and a half, guided tour

·       Demonstrating how to make a pen nib on our fly presses

·       Visitor assistance and engagement including providing access support and information to visitors with disabilities

·       Fire evacuation of your group

·       Potential opportunities to present talks regarding the Pen Museum to local businesses

Ability to create your own style and delivery of tour, diving into your favourite areas of Birmingham pen trade.
