Role Summary | Lead groups of visitors (10-12 people) around the Pen Museum, sharing our collection, stories of the Birmingham Pen Trade and the history of the Argent Centre where the Pen Museum resides today.
Duties
· Leading a hour and a half, guided tour · Demonstrating how to make a pen nib on our fly presses · Visitor assistance and engagement including providing access support and information to visitors with disabilities · Fire evacuation of your group · Potential opportunities to present talks regarding the Pen Museum to local businesses
